ROADX — AI ENGINEERING STUDIO
Where there is
no road,
we make one.
From designing AI agents to building and maintaining the web.
Moving through unmapped territory one deliberate step at a time.
RoadX is an engineering studio that walks beside teams who keep building.
AGENT HARNESS / WEB DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT
Keep walking,
and the road opens.
RoadX takes its name from 道 — the road. Even on an ice field with no footprints, walking is what turns ground into a path. AI agents are the same kind of terrain. Build something small, run it, keep fixing it — a road only appears at the far end of that repetition.
Not chasing what is fashionable, but leaving behind systems that keep running. That is the work of RoadX.
SERVICES
Build it. Keep it running.
AI Agent Engineering
Harness design, loop design and guardrails for agents built around Claude Code. I work alongside you from the first proof of concept through to production runs wired into CI.
Web Development & Maintenance
Application development in Go / GraphQL / Next.js, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and ongoing maintenance of WordPress sites. Designing for the years after launch is where I am strongest.
WORKS — THINGS I HAVE BUILT
Enlog↗
A personal people-notebook for recording friends’ and colleagues’ likes, dislikes, birthdays and past conversations — no more “what was it again?”. Data never leaves the device: no account, no ads, no tracking
warikaan↗
A bill-splitting and household budget app for the people closest to you. AI receipt scanning, real-time sync and one-tap settlement keep shared money simple
DOSURU?↗
An outing-suggestion app that settles “what should we do today?” in 3 seconds. Trending spots and events across 9 prefectures ranked daily, compared side by side on price, time and buzz. Places found on social media can be saved with one tap from the share sheet
agentfdr↗
A flight recorder for coding agents. Claude Code looped, drifted off goal, quietly burned two million tokens — agentfdr lets you dissect the “why” afterwards, turn by turn. MIT licensed
cckeep↗
A resident tool that guards Claude Code Remote Control connections. It watches sessions on tmux and, when one drops, reconnects only at safe moments — so remote control from your phone never goes dark. Zero dependencies, no cloud, no telemetry. On npm, MIT licensed
HonneJob↗
A company review site for interview and screening prep in Japan. Learn the type and difficulty of coding tests, the number of interview rounds and the questions actually asked, from candidates’ own reports. Salary and workplace reviews included
Chiikawa MBTI↗
An unofficial fan-made personality quiz: twelve questions sort you into one of 16 types and the matching character, across 22 characters. Generates a share image for posting to social media
PokeQuiz!↗
A quiz app: guess the Pokémon's name from its official artwork. Questions are drawn at random from all 1,025 Pokémon, and every correct answer is registered in your Pokédex
Copy as Markdown for AI↗
A Chrome extension that copies web pages as AI-ready Markdown. One click converts a page into LLM-optimised Markdown + YAML, with a preview to check the result. Used by more than 4,000 people

CONTACT
Let us start by talking.
“We want to try AI agents, but we have no idea where to start” — that is exactly the stage I like to hear from. We look at where you are now, and decide the smallest possible first step together.
